I have subscribed to Win Win Water and I wouldn’t drink any other water now! The bottle is very sturdy and doesn't twist and turn as you try to open it like plastic bottles do. I’ve recently been a day patient in hospital and I love that Win Win Water can quench my thirst and aid my recovery and wellbeing with a non toxic bottle that won’t poison me! I have yet to receive my order (been nearly two weeks now) Ive tried to contact customer service and they haven't got back to me since I replied to their message so I have no idea what is going on. Please can I get a replacement or refund

Loved the clean crisp taste but actually the bottle is great ridged for a good grip but the insulated label is fab ice cold out the fridge yet holding the label is warm brilliant idea will definitely order again

I don’t go anywhere without a bottle of Win Win in my hand. I’ve never felt great about the amount of plastic bottles I’d have in my car at any given time so I definitely feel like drinking win win gives me that piece of mind that I’m at least doing a little something towards the plastic pollution problem

I need to express my dissatisfaction with your service, as I feel I have no other choice. I don't want to leave a negative review because I genuinely believe your non-toxic bottled alkaline water is fantastic, which is why I maintain a recurring subscription. However, your customer service is completely unacceptable. On August 10, 2026, I contacted you via your website’s contact form after discovering that I had received only half of my order. My subscription is for 2 x 24 bottles, and I was charged £45.99 on August 13. Despite this, I received no response. I followed up with an email to Kurt on August 20, but there was still no reply. On August 25, I messaged your Instagram page, and although the message was marked as seen, I received no response. I continued to message on Instagram on August 26 and 29, but those messages went unseen. Additionally, I submitted another email through your website contact form on August 29, and I have yet to receive a response. All I'm getting are generic emails asking for feedback on the product, which is incredibly frustrating. If this lack of communication continues, I will have no choice but to cancel my subscription. I expect a prompt response to resolve this issue. Your customer service must be improved!
Love Win Win Water and their new bottle it’s so sturdy and doesn’t collapse when trying to open it like some plastic bottles do. BUT of course Win Win Water is NOT a plastic bottle so I’ll never have to worry about getting toxins from it in my body and the water is healthy from a spring so it is definitely a WIN WIN 🤩

I love Win Win Water for the healthy water that it is and knowing there are no poisons leaching into the water from the bottle does make it an absolute Win Win. Win Win Water do not use toxic plastic bottles but rather a plant based bottle which is amazing for our human bodies and our planet! I have Win Win Water on subscription I would not drink out of any other bottle to be poisoned and I do not drink tap water for obvious reasons!! Win Win Water all the way, their water has a lovely taste, the bottle is good to grip, it is easy to order and delivery can be next day depending at what time it is ordered.
I enjoy drinking win win water because it is so pure and does not taste like chlorine, from a person that could not drink water or did not like the taste to loving my new purchase.
At just under £2 a litre for what is essentially just water its a little steep however the plant based bottle eliminating plastic is an amazing idea. I dont know if it will fully replace my usual bottled water but i can definitely see myself ordering again. Maybe a better price can be achieved in the future

My order was sent to the wrong address weeks ago. Since then, I’ve been told multiple times that a replacement would be sent via next day delivery, yet it has now been over two weeks and I still haven’t received anything. My recent emails are also being ignored even though I got an email 5 days ago from Kurt ‘ensuring’ me it will be delivered the next day, once again never came, I replied to that same email letting him know and I’ve had no reply or explanation. It’s just been constant excuses or simply being ignored. There’s also been no tracking number given to me for all the times they’ve told me the replacement has been sent out. I understand that businesses can be busy, and I genuinely like this water which is why I keep coming back to it. However, I’m really disappointed with the customer service. This also happened to me last year when the water took weeks to come. I’ve been very patient and understanding throughout, but there’s only so much a customer can tolerate. I hope the company improves its communication and follow-through, as this experience has been very frustrating. I didn’t want to leave a negative review, but I’ve been given no choice as now I’m no longer getting replies.
